GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are prepared within 48-72 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales or promotions. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact our customer service team through the following form.

Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas ..)

For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order. You can also track your order in "Track My Order". In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.

Delivery time

Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET).

Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if done after 4pm (CET).
